EFT MEMBERSHIP (ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER)

This is a perpetual membership which is paid for monthly through automatic (bank) debits, or automatic (credit card) charges. the first month must be paid for in house; then automatic debits / charges resume each month to follow. this membership type can be frozen! (ask for details and applicable fees.)

MINUTES

Minute packages are available for all levels of uv tanning equipment and are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

30 DAY PASS

This membership can only be purchased in house and will expire 30 days after the purchase date. it cannot be frozen

EFT club members are subject to a $29 start-up fee. members commit to three (3) consecutive automatic withdrawals following their first month paid in-store. early cancellations will be subject to a $20 fee.
